The plain-language rules for booking a session with me.

Booking and payment

Strategy sessions are booked and paid for through Calendly at the time you schedule. Prices and length are shown on each session. The brand and website inquiry call is free.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your session. Use the link in your confirmation email.

Cancellations and refunds

• Cancel 24 hours or more before your session: full refund.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before, or miss the session: no refund. If something real came up, email me and I will do my best to work with you.
• If I need to cancel or reschedule, you get a full refund or a new time, your choice.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take a few business days to show up.

What sessions are and are not

Sessions are strategy and coaching conversations based on my experience. They are not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice, and I cannot promise specific results. For those needs, please work with a licensed professional.
